​As a coach, leader, athlete, and entrepreneur, I engage deeply with the mental aspects of both sports and business on a daily basis. For years, my focus has been solely on this discipline, and I work full-time in this field. That sets me apart.

What sets me apart and differentiates me?

  • Our sessions, which typically last between 90 and 120 minutes, are arranged on an individual basis. We recommend short, intensive training intervals at the beginning. In a free initial consultation, we clarify whether a collaboration makes sense for both parties. We then define what your goal is and where you are today.

     

    We offer various packages with a predetermined number of interactions at a flat rate. If we progress together, this investment will pay off for you multiple times over. Your success depends significantly on your mental training readiness and consistency. 

     

    Our coaching program provides a comprehensive infrastructure with a workbook containing 12 modules, corresponding exercises, and monthly info-calls for exchange with other athletes. The 12 modules focus on goal setting, your thinking patterns, and personal development. Together, we discuss tools to help you consistently tap into your full potential regardless of external conditions. Our holistic approach also encompasses topics related to your individual brand as an athlete.

  • Our main focus is on sports mental coaching and the associated individual and group coaching sessions. Due to the many parallels with the business world, we also offer coaching, leadership seminars, and business development in this area.

     

    After an initial consultation, we prepare an individual offer. In general, our package solutions which are cost-effective and goal-oriented are suitable.

     

    In addition to individual athlete coaching, we also advise teams in elite sports and business, as well as selected coaches outside of sports.

     

    For top advice and an excellent service for larger mandates, we rely on a highly valuable partnership with Nadia Lattmann and her company, Mirrorstep.

     

    We also collaborate with nutritionist Dani Hofstetter, Performance Nutrition, and physiotherapist Cyril Wyss, ALTIUS Swiss Sportmed Center.

  • To ensure that you are always satisfied with the quality of the coaching, we conduct regular evaluations. These include a detailed analysis of your progress and their causes.
